Could not be more impressed! Lynn Jenssen led the process from start to finish, and did so impeccably. My relative was moving into assisted living, and we had quite a process on our hands: expansive cleaning, renovating, prepping, moving, dealing with onsite vehicle sales... the list goes on. It was a giant project that we weren't equipped to handle geographically, time-wise, nor emotionally.

SASH literally takes over as much, or as little, of the process as you'd like. We opted for them to take over pretty much everything. Lynn's amazing! She explained everything, laid out options, stayed in touch, and was always responsive when we had questions. She's also so, so kind....something that makes all the difference when you're dealing with a home that's been in the family for decades and a current family crisis. Absolutely loved working with her!

The house was on the market less than a week (or just around a week; can't recall at the moment), and sold at full price. The cash-out was $25k over what Lynn had projected.
