In the year 2000, SASH’s founder Rebecca Bomann assisted her 82 year old grandfather through the sale of his home. It was a long and difficult process, and it opened Ms. Bomann’s eyes to the need for senior-focused real estate services that were not currently available. Combining her background and training in senior care, social work, and real estate, she founded SASH a couple years later, to provide better support, resources, and home sale options to seniors and their families. Since then, SASH has served hundreds of senior homeowners through the significant life event of their home sale with respect and exceptional care.
SASH consistently earns high reviews from clients, families, and professionals for our dedication to service. With an A+ rating with the BBB, and accountable to the entire elder care network, SASH maintains high standards of professionalism and care.
Not any ordinary brokerage, SASH provides home sale alternatives that allow seniors to bypass the normal work, stress, and expense of a home sale. We are able to provide additional support of packing, moving, and downsizing services, and renovations and updates of the senior’s home, through SASH Services.

This network of professionals, including social workers, elder lawyers, placement advisors, home care professionals, nurses, assisted living directors, hospice care workers, and many more providers, refers their clients to SASH to receive the very best in senior-focused real estate services.

Coffee Time is a unique event - there’s no cost, no membership, no guest speakers! The 90 minute event is spent getting to know one another’s services, building connections, and growing your trusted referral network.
