While managing home purchases and sales, Kim expanded her broker knowledge to include home renovations. For several years, she worked closely with general contractors through the process of updating homes, learning the important aspects of renovation oversight. Putting her knowledge to use, she purchased and managed the complete renovation of a rental property, all while pregnant with her second child. The project gave her an in-depth understanding into what a buyer should look for when purchasing a home, and affordable ways that a seller can easily spruce up their home to prepare it for market. Kim brings honesty, integrity, dedication, and professionalism to every real estate transaction that she manages as a Realtor.
