The Next Gen Difference
At SASH we strongly believe that anyone can be a successful agent so long as they have the right guidance that pairs with their innate drive, coachability, and people skills. Those chosen to be a part of our first Next Gen Mentorship class will receive a launch package valued at over $1,000, along with weekly coaching/mentoring calls with the managing broker and a customized business and marketing plan. Throughout your experience you will have daily access to the Managing and Designated Brokers as well as heightened supervision for your first 20 transactions to ensure you have a solid foundational real estate acumen. You will also have access to our proprietary video library of trainings, 3 live trainings a month, and you’ll even get the opportunity to co-list a property with a managing broker by program’s end!
We will also have one paid internship position available who will work directly under SASH’s owner and founder Rebecca Bomann. The internship is one year long and at the conclusion of the internship they will have the opportunity to partake in a subsequential Next Gen Mentorship Program.

The Application Process
Next Gen hopefuls will start with an online application where they’ll upload a resume and cover letter while answering a series of questions. The second round is an in-person interview with the managing broker, with the final round being a virtual interview with the entire SASH team.
Both the mentorship and internship tracks require a one year commitment. The internship will have a structured 40+ hour work week as an employee of SASH. The Next Gen Intern does not need to be licensed but can obtain their license outside of business hours at any time during the internship.
The Next Gen Mentees will be independent contractors but will be required to attend 3 live/virtual trainings a month as well as turning in a marketing tracker weekly that will correspond with coaching calls and meetings. It is expected that mentees will be committed full time to their real estate careers and should already be licensed by the commencement of the Next Gen Program, currently scheduled for June 5th.
