Our Mission

The story of SASH began many years ago. Rebecca Bomann assisted her 82-year old grandfather with his home sale, and saw first-hand how overwhelming the experience can be for seniors. She could not find real estate services that catered to seniors’ specific needs. And yet she believed no senior should have to face a stressful home sale process on their own.

In 2005, Rebecca combined her backgrounds in social work, senior care, and real estate to create SASH. From its very beginning, SASH (Sell A Senior’s Home) was built to serve seniors and their families with custom-designed home sale assistance. Soon, word began to spread about SASH’s high levels of service to senior clients and their families, and the phone began to ring.

Today, SASH has grown to become SASH Senior Home Sale Services. It is a complete “family” of real estate services that provide many options of home sale assistance. We are able to serve clients anywhere in the US.

Despite its years of growth, the mission of SASH remains the same: To assist every client with the highest levels of service, respect, and care. In keeping with this commitment, SASH has earned an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, many outstanding evaluations from clients, and countless referrals from the professional elder care community.

SASH Realty, the full-service brokerage arm of SASH, can assist you with the purchase or sale of any kind of real estate: residential homes, condos, farms and acreage, investment properties, and even commercial properties. We’ll use our extensive experience to guide you through each step.
